Rewak Studios is operated by ATW Properties, LLC ("we," "us") at 3483 Rewak Drive, Fairbanks, AK 99709. This policy covers rewakstudios.com and bookings made through it. Questions: info@rewakstudios.com.

Information We Collect

• Booking details — name, email, phone, stay dates, and guest count when you reserve a room.
• Payment information — processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe for cards, CSG Forte for ACH). Your card or bank numbers never touch or get stored on our servers.
• Email signups — your email address if you opt in to our list for direct-booking rates and offers. Unsubscribe any time via the link in any email.
• Site usage — first-party cookies for a random visitor id (atw_vid) and, when you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign parameters (atw_utm). If you consent, standard analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog) may also set cookies to help us understand how the site is used.

How We Use It

• To manage your reservation, payment, check-in instructions, and stay.
• To respond when you contact us by phone, text, chat, or email.
• To understand which pages and campaigns lead to bookings, so we can improve the site.
• To send offers you asked for. We don't send marketing email without opt-in.

Who We Share It With

Only service providers that make your stay work: our payment processors (Stripe, CSG Forte), our reservation systems, and our internal property-management platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Choices & Rights

• Analytics opt-out — use the consent controls on this site to decline analytics cookies; the site works fully without them.
• Access or deletion— email us to request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Booking records may be retained where required for tax and accounting.
• California residents— we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA; the opt-out controls above also honor "Do Not Sell or Share" preferences.
