How many rooms can a group book?
Rewak Studios has 17 units on one property: 9 Queen Rooms (sleep 2), 7 Two Doubles (sleep 4), and a 2-Bedroom Apartment (sleeps 4, full kitchen) — up to about 50 people if you take the whole property. For 1–2 rooms, book directly on the rooms page; for 3 or more, send the group inquiry form and we quote the block.
How does group pricing work?
Group blocks are quoted, not booked at rack rate: tell us your dates, room count, and length of stay, and we come back with volume pricing for the block. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rates exist for every room type, and stays of 30 nights or more are exempt from the Fairbanks bed tax under Alaska’s extended-stay rule.
Can crew members arrive on different days?
Yes. Check-in is self-service with a per-room keypad door code, so a staggered crew doesn’t need a front desk — each person’s code and instructions are emailed before arrival, and rooms are ready from 4:00 PM on their start date.
How does billing work for a company?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and ACH bank transfer — ACH has no card fee, which makes it the best-value option for extended crew stays. Extended stays are billed in monthly periods; ask about direct billing for approved companies.
Is there parking for work trucks?
Free off-street parking is included with every unit, right on site at 3483 Rewak Drive.
Can the crew cook?
The Queen Room and Two Doubles studios have a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and basic cookware; the 2-Bedroom Apartment has a full kitchen. Fred Meyer and Walmart are about 2 miles away for groceries.
