What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in may be available — request it through the pre-arrival form or your guest portal. Late check-out is offered based on availability — just ask.
How do I check in?
Check-in is self-service with a keypad door code. Your personal code and full instructions are emailed before arrival, so you can arrive any time after 4:00 PM — no front desk needed.
Is parking available?
Yes — free off-street parking is included with every unit, right on site at 3483 Rewak Drive.
Do the rooms have kitchens?
The Queen Room and Two Doubles studios share a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and basic cookware. The 2-Bedroom Apartment has its own full kitchen. Fred Meyer and Walmart are within a couple of miles for groceries.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and ACH bank transfer. ACH has no card fee, which makes it the best-value option for extended stays.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes. We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rates. Stays of 30 nights or more are exempt from the Fairbanks bed tax under Alaska’s extended-stay rule and are billed in monthly periods.
Is there a security deposit?
A temporary hold (not a charge) may be placed on your card. It is released within 48 hours of check-out as long as the room is in good condition; your bank can take a few extra days to reflect it.
Are pets allowed?
No — Rewak Studios is not able to accommodate pets.
Can I have visitors?
Daytime visitors are welcome. Overnight guests beyond the number on your booking must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Is there WiFi?
Yes — fast WiFi suitable for remote work is included. The network name and password are in your check-in instructions.
How far is the airport?
Fairbanks International Airport (FAI) is about 4 miles away — a 10–15 minute drive. Taxis, limited Uber/Lyft, and rental cars are the usual options.
Can I see the northern lights from the property?
Yes — in aurora season (roughly late August through April), the northern lights are often visible right from the property on clear, active nights.
